Vegetable Sticks with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
Per person:

1 red sweet pepper

1 Cucumber
-
1 Carrot
-
2 stalks celery
-
1/8 Jicama
-
2-3 slices Kohlrabi

Cheese sauce:
-
½ cup yogurt, plain
-
1 Tbsp sour cream
-
1 clove garlic, crushed
-
1 Tbsp onion powder
-
½ salt, to taste
- chopped parsley for decoration
Steps:
- Cut the red pepper in half through the width, creating two “bowl”. Clean out seeds of both pieces. Set aside the piece that does not have the stem. This is going to be the bowl to hold the dip. Using the side with the stem, remove the stem and cut the pepper into match sticks.
- Clean remaining vegetables and cup into matchsticks. Set aside.
- Mix the cheese sauce ingredients together and pour into red pepper “bowl”.
- Set the bowl in the center of the serving dish.
- Arrange the vegetable sticks around the bowl.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
