Saute the minced onion in the oil over a low-medium fire. Cook until the onions are wilted, not brown. Add the garlic and salt and continue cooking until the onions are soft. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cooking Tips:
Depending on your tomatoes and the consistency of your tomato paste, add just enough water to give it a slightly thick consistency.
