Snickerdoodles

Steps:
- Beat the margarine or butter until fluffy.
- Beat in sugar, then beat in the egg.
- Combine the flour, cream of tarter and salt.
- Beat flour mixture into the margarine mixture. Refrigerate the dough for at least one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375º.
- Line the cookie sheet with baking paper.
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Roll the dough into balls about the size of a walnut. Then roll them in the sugar cinnamon and place on the cookie sheet at least an inch and a half apart.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
Yields about 30 cookies.
