Quick and Easy Chicken Stew
- 1 large can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 large can mushroom soup
- 1 large can chicken soup
- 1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 c. cold water
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Mix the cans of soup and the water in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower flame to simmer.
- Add tomatoes.
- Add spices and chicken and stir gently.
- Add vegetables and stir again.
- Cook on low heat until chicken is cooked (about 1 hour).
You can continue to let the soup simmer to enhance the flavor. Serve with hot garlic bread for a delicious, nutritious, winter afternoon meal.
