Keep plenty of ketchup on hand to go with this family favorite! The kids love to eat the crunchy noodles on top.

elbow macaroni, scroodles, or other favorite pasta |

| ½ lb |

cottage cheese |

soft white cheese |

salt and pepper to taste |

| Boil the pasta according to package instructions, leaving al dente. Drain. Add in the cheeses and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add the salt and pepper, to taste. Put in a large loaf pan or a 9x9-inch pan lined with parchment baking paper.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is a soft brown.
